Search party from Bride Tea Rooms tonight

The search for two dogs from the north of the Island continues, more than a week since they went missing.

Merle and Kipper disappeared from a farm on Nassau Road in Bride on 1 July.

Kipper is described as black with white markings including four white socks, one of which goes up to her knee.

Merle is described as having distinctive markings and different coloured eyes.

A search party will set off from Bride Tea Rooms tonight (10 July) at 6pm.

'It's draining for the family, we're all extremely upset.'

Owner, Jenny Cannan, told Manx Radio how the last few days' efforts have gone:

A reward is now being offered for information which leads to their safe return.

Anyone who sees the dogs is urged to contact 336470, 398063, 331326 or 350291.

People can also contact the Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team which has confirmed it’s assisting with the investigation.
