Thomas calls for objective assessment of housing need
An MHK says he's concerned that the 'wrong type' of houses are being built on new housing estates on the Isle of Man.

He's told Manx Radio he's aware of concerns that some investors are buying up multiple properties on the same estate.
Mr Thomas says a standard objective assessment of housing need is required and believes more can be done for first time buyers:
