Lawrie Hooper not alone in vote against current fixed penalties
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper has failed to have the current initial penalties, for flouting Covid 19 emergency powers, ramped up.
He and three other members voted against the continuance of £150 fixed penalty notices, as an initial response.
Mr Hooper told the Court that much tougher penalties were required:
Flu jab availability varying 'from pharmacy to pharmacy'
Police issue assurance amid concerns from Island's Jewish community
MHK calls for government to use more Manx food and drink
Bus strikes, minimum wage and meat board appointment among topics for House of Keys
