Caine to question minister in Tynwald tomorrow
An MHK has reiterated concerns over the draft education bill.
Daphne Caine has already called for the bill to be withdrawn.
Now she's asking who drafted the bill; which Island individuals or organisations, outside the education department, contributed to the proposed legislation; and how much it has cost to-date.
Mrs Caine says there are too many unanswered questions:
Public sector NDAs only confidential between involved parties, says solicitor for AGC
Local authorities' power to block street light installation 'bonkers'
Freight company's storage and distribution centre plans approved
