Barber to quiz minister in Keys
An MHK says she's concerned there seems to have been little progress on the recommendations of the Gas Regulatory Review Committee report.
It's almost 12 months since the report was published.
Among its conclusions were the need for a new regulatory agreement that conforms to UK regulatory best practice and the need for a flat-rate standing charge for domestic customers, not a banded one.
