Progress could come 'within four years'
There could be progress on the Lord Street bus station site within the next four years, according to the Infrastructure Minister.
Speaking in the House of Keys yesterday, Ray Harmer said his Department went through a tender process 'from scratch' to identify suitable bidders to develop in the area.
The Council of Ministers will make the ultimate decision on the future of the site after it receives a recommendation from DOI officials.
Mr Harmer says many parties were interested, but he can't yet make any promises on when work will begin.
