Report due in October
The policy and reform minister has been outlining strategies which he feels could help those in need in the Isle of Man.
Chris Thomas has pledged to bring a document - which will look at homelessness, cold and hunger - to Tynwald in October.
Local charity Graih has recently released figures for an emergency night shelter it is currently trialing, which provided 273 bed spaces for 43 different people in its first six months.
