Fifth external health review published
The health minister says it's not all bad news following the latest round of results from the West Midlands Quality Review Service.

It outlined advice which praised and repremanded the various provisions; like maternity and neonatal care services.
Howard Quayle welcomed the evaluation, says the appraisal is fair and balanced.
