The ministerial changes announced by the chief minister signal the beginning of the end of the political career of one of the Island's longest-serving MHKs and ministers.
David Cretney, who has been replaced as infrastructure minister by Laurence Skelly with immediate effect, has announced he won't be contesting his seat in 2016.
