RGS takes formal stance
There's mixed opinion from parents on whether children should be taken out of school during term time, for family holidays.
It follows a formal stance that's been taken by Ramsey Grammar School headteacher Annette Baker.
Mrs Baker has written a letter stating these absences will no longer be authorised, after a high number of pupils taking time off during term-time.
