Tony Wild awaits charge decision
A member of the Legislative Council is waiting to find out whether he’ll be charged with drink driving following his arrest last week.
57 year old Tony Wild, who lives in Lonan, was arrested on December 12 in Laxey after failing a breath test.
Mr Wild has been a member of Tynwald’s upper chamber since being elected in 2011 and is a political member of the Department of Health and Social Care.
His department – along with the police – joined forces at the start of this month to launch the annual festive campaign against drink-driving.
