Minister says there'll be no change until safety implications are fully understood
The infrastructure minister insists he won't change rules on mobility scooters using buses until the safety implications are fully understood.
Tim Baker was challenged in the House of Keys to highlight exactly where in legislation class 2 scooters are banned from using the Island's buses.
He says the current fleet lacks the necessary restraints to safely carry passengers using such vehicles.
