More landlords should consider allowing pets says estate agent

More landlords could consider allowing pets as part of people's tenancy agreements and can take steps to protect themselves financially.

That's the view of a local estate agent who says a reluctance to allow animals could be as a result of the current housing market.

Orry-James Creane, from Cowley Groves, says limited rental stock and increased interest can lead landlords to go for the 'simplest option' when renting their property.
