It's the first time ever the Class A drug has overtaken the Class B one at Motiv8
A charity helping to support people with addiction to drugs on the Island says it's seen more people needing support with cocaine over cannabis for the first time ever.
Motiv8 believes the change is down to the legalisation of medicinal cannabis here.
Tynwald voted in favour of the move in January 2022, with the first licence being issued to a pharmacy in December of that year.
