
More must be done to increase the number of women in politics in the Isle of Man.
That's according to Alison Lynch, who's chair of Marown Parish Commissioners.
The number of men in the current Manx parliament is greater than the number of women who have ever been in there.
Speaking live on Manx Radio's Women Today programme earlier, Ms Lynch said it still seemed like any woman with aspirations of going into national politics could expect something of a rough ride:
