Collision damaged power lines in Santon
A motorist had to be cut from their vehicle early this morning after crashing in Santon.
The single vehicle crash happened just before 2am on Main Road.
Firefighters worked with paramedics to stabilise the driver who was trapped due to their injuries.
The New Castletown Road was closed for over four hours whilst electricity cables, which had been damaged in the collision, were repaired.
