The road has now reopened
Cooil Road in Douglas may be closed for a short while as recovery of the vehicles involved in a road traffic collision takes place.
That's according to the police who confirmed two vehicles were involved in the collision from the junction at New Castletown Road to the B&Q roundabout.
Police added there were no injuries recorded.
Motorists are urged to continue to avoid the area.
