Several minor collisions have already happened due to conditions
Drivers are being urged to take extra care on the Island's roads this morning due to significant ice patches.
The Isle of Man Constabulary says there have already been several minor collisions as a result of the conditions.
Officers say motorists should reduce their speeds and increase the following distance behind the car in front to provide adequate stopping distance.
A yellow weather warning for wintry showers and ice remains in force until 12pm, while the Mountain Road and Sloc Road are still closed due to wintry conditions over the weekend.
