
The murder trial of a Castletown man is due to start today (Monday) – at the second attempt.
Forty-six-year-old Ian Anderson, formerly of Queen Street, denies killing 60-year-old Ballabeg man Neil Roberts in December 2013.
The trial initially began a fortnight ago but was halted two days later.
Proceedings before Deemster Alastair Montgomerie will start from 10.15am at Douglas Courthouse and a fresh jury will be sworn-in.
