Company hopes to open new place 9am-1am
Nights and Weekends limited is applying to convert a former salon building on Nelson Street in Douglas into a food and drink business.
The new business hopes to be able to open from 9am to 1am seven days a week, employing three full time and three part time staff.
It would include an outdoor seating area.
Drew Fleming and Jamie Lewis who are behind the plans have said they believe it will "help fulfil a notable gap in the Manx market".
