
Work on demolishing and rebuilding the 60 houses in the Inner Circle at Upper Pulrose will begin in the next few weeks.
The Town Council has reversed an earlier decision to refurbish, after discovering the cost would be very similar to the £12 million required for replacement.
The Outer Circle homes won't be rebuilt, but will be given a major overhaul.
