Standard of newly-laid roads questioned
Paul Quine MHK has used one of his opening Tynwald speeches to urge greater checks be made on the standard and depth of tarmac on newly-laid roads.
Mr Quine was speaking to Tynwald members about the deterioration of roads, particularly on new developments.
He says he is concerned with the amount of tarmac laid in such cases:
