Alistair Ramsay on what the electorate should look for in election candidates
A political commentator says the electorate should be looking for a sober, informed approach from candidates ahead of tomorrow's General Election (24 September).
Alistair Ramsay says people should be consider those who could become 'serious national politicians', and 'have done some homework'.
Polls will open between 8am and 8pm tomorrow, with 82 candidates vying for the 24 seats in the House of Keys.
What's more, for the next administration Mr Ramsay, who's a former government press officer, wants a renewed focus on communication:
