Kirree Kermode believed to be first female VP
The Manx National Farmers' Union has appointed a new member as vice president.
It's after outgoing President Ean Parson retired and moved to Patron of the union, with Murray Cringle progressing to the presidential spot.
Kirree Kermode, Manx Radio Countryside and Saturday Sandwich presenter, steps in as vice president.
It's believed that Kirree is the first female to take on this role within the organisation:
Commissioners planning to buy 30 'affordable homes' on new development
