Braddan Commissioners says problems raised will be resolved quicker
Braddan Commissioners says its new social housing repair and maintenance system will make reporting issues 'more efficient'.
The local authority claims 'Fixflo' will improve its response times, 'eliminate' unresolved problems and provide text message updates and reminders.
It adds that the new service will be available 24 hours a day and it can also prioritise contractors who have experience with vulnerable people.
Chair Andrew Jessopp says it will 'make life easier' for both tenants and housing officers when issues arise.
