Witnesses sought
An incident which occurred in the early hours of new year's day is being investigated by Douglas police.
Officers are appealing for information after a altercation which happened around 2:15 am near the taxi rank on Victoria Street, Douglas.
They want to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, particularly a tax driver who stopped at the scene.
