
Charities and Island organisations who use banners to promote events around the Island have been given renewed hope from transport chiefs.
The decision to seemingly ban banners from department owned railings has prompted much debate.
However, Transport Minister David Anderson says as long as they don’t compromise safety and visibility, some banners will be allowed.
