Gov't aims to have 500K visitors annually by 2032
The enterprise minister says he's not concerned about the reliance on bed and breakfast accommodation for tourists.
Dr Alex Allinson was quizzed in Tynwald this week about the Island's aspirations to have 500,000 visitors, annually, by 2032.
Rushen MHK Juan Watterson queried whether a lack of four and five-star accommodation was a 'strategic threat' to Manx tourism.
The minister says expanding the options available is part of the long-term goal:
