No Covid-19 restrictions to be put in place at this stage

Government says it's monitoring the situation closely

There'll be no Coronavirus restrictions put in place by government after the recent cluster of confirmed cases.

Chief Minister Howard Quayle says the circumstances remain similar to yesterday, and as there are no 'unexpected cases', there's no need for further measures at this stage.

He says government is continuing to monitor the situation closely and will have further updates at tonight's briefing.

You'll be able to listen to that at 6pm here on Manx Radio, watch it live on our Facebook page, or keep up to date with our live blog at manxradio.com.
