Cabinet Minister says it's been complicated to enact
No date's been set for the implementation of an 'opt out' law for organ donation on the Isle of Man.
Known as 'Daniel's Law', the Organ Donation and Human Tissue Bill received Royal Assent from Tynwald in 2021.
But, after being asked for an update in the House of Keys, the Cabinet Minister admitted it's been a complicated piece of legislation to enact.
