Restrictions on drone usage in place on Island
Restrictions have been put in place today (20 March) to stop people flying drones during the royal visit.
The Isle of Man Civil Aviation Authority is prohibiting the use of them in certain areas of Douglas and Onchan whilst Queen Camilla is on Island.
The no-fly zone will be in place between 8am and 6pm.
Police will be monitoring the airspace – anyone found breaching the rules could be fined up to £10,000 and could receive a prison sentence of up to five years.
