
It seems the substantially demolished Summerland site will be with us for some time to come.
The Deparment of Tourism and Leisure which owns the land still has no plans for its development, and there is nothing in the five year plan.
In Tynwald today, Tourism and Leisure Minister Adrian Earnshaw (pictured) said other government departments had shown no interest in utilising the site and he would now be seeking interest from outside of government:
