MHK's warning to Tynwald as plan gets approved
More legislative drafters are needed if the legislative programme outlined in the new 'Our Island Plan' is to be implemented.
That's the warning of the Speaker of the House of Keys who yesterday voted against approving the document.
Juan Watterson was one of three MHKs who rejected the five year plan saying he thought it should have been debated alongside this month's Budget.
He told Tynwald the plans outlined in the now approved document should have been lined up against the finances available:
