
A senior civil servant says funding the National Sports Centre into the future will be looked at closely by government.
The NSC is just one facility which is earmarked for possible privatisation or corporatisation under the Council of Ministers scope of government report.
But Colin Kniveton, a member of the business change steering group, says all funding decisions have to be looked at in context.
And he says not funding the NSC could have a knock-on effect elsewhere:
