DoI says mixed-use scheme already ruled out

Minister Tim Crookall was asked about his department's plans for the site by Garff MHK Daphne Caine in Tynwald this week.
He said one option ruled out was a mixed-use scheme:
Additional payments to Meat Plant Board have stopped, says DEFA
Ramsey Commissioners says rates increase due to rising 'day to day' costs
Firefighters respond to house fire in Ballasalla
Manannan replacement will prioritise year-round connectivity over speed
