Onchan MHK, David Quirk, sympathised today with business owners in Onchan over the effect road-works in the village are having on their custom.
The road-works which run through the centre of Onchan have caused large losses for businesses according to the traders.
In some cases these losses have been up to fifty percent of their usual business.
Mr Quirk says the Department of Infrastructure could've handled the publicity of the scheme better:
Public sector NDAs only confidential between involved parties, says solicitor for AGC
Local authorities' power to block street light installation 'bonkers'
Freight company's storage and distribution centre plans approved
