Community Group meet every other Saturday
A community wetland has now reopened after years of work completed by a dedicated team of volunteers.
Owned by the Manx Wildlife Trust, Onchan Wetlands - or 'Curragh Kiondroghad' - has been restored in an attempt to get it back to its 'original state and beauty'.
Over the last several months the Onchan Wetlands Community Group have been replacing the wooden boardwalk with an aggregate mixture, ripping out old beams and restructuring the walkway to hopefully better futureproof the site.
