A Manx2.com patient transfer flight caused a safety alert this morning, after a hydraulic system cockpit warning light came on.
According to reports, the plane was carrying 21 people who were on their way to hospitals in the north west of England.
Manx2.com says as a standard safety procedure the hydraulic systems were manually checked and the plane overflew Chester for a visual check before landing safely at about 8am.
The passengers got off the aircraft in the normal way, via the steps.
Manx2.com says engineers are checking the cause of the problem, before the aircraft is returned to service.
