Union still keen to find a solution to teachers' pay dispute
Teacher strikes aren't inevitable and unions are still open to talks with education bosses.
That's the message from National Executive Member of the NASUWT, Damien McNulty.
Three teaching unions are currently balloting members on whether to take industrial action, including strikes, over their ongoing pay dispute with the Department of Education, Sport and Culture.
Mr McNulty is still optimistic a solution can be found:
