Customers helping each other at Gourmet Shakes
The owner of a Douglas café has praised his customers for a 'phenomenal' response to a 'pay-it-forward' initiative.
Gourmet Shakes has introduced a scheme which aims to help people who'd like to purchase a meal, or drink, but who can't afford to at the time.
Customers can opt to purchase something extra with their order which the redeemer would then repay, in the same way, at a later date.
Tim Brogan told Manx Radio the idea comes at an important time:
'Too early to tell' what caused fire
Firefighting foam may have killed fish in Silverburn River
Additional road closure for TT filming ahead of MGP qualifying
'Knives and sharp implements' left outside charity shops
