Today marks World Suicide Prevention Day
The number of people affected by suicide on the Island is becoming 'staggering' and suicide rates are 'not decreasing'.
That's the message from a charity on the Isle of Man today (10 September) on World Suicide Prevention Day.
Isle Stand up to Suicide encourages people to talk about the topic and 'move it away from the shadows'.
