Planning Committee gives Dandara go-ahead
Permission has been granted to build more than 100 new apartments in Douglas.
Dandara has been given the go-ahead to develop the temporary car park on Lake Road next to the River Douglas.
It follows a decision by the Planning Committee today (24 June) to approve the second and third phase of the Quay West development.
The 1.4-acre site will house 49 one-bedroom and 60 two-bedroom apartments and 109 parking spaces.
