Permission granted to start repair work on northern church

Friends of Jurby Church has waited since 2019

Permission has been granted to restore a 200-year-old church in the north of the Island.

The charity Friends of Jurby Church has been waiting to conduct repairs at St Patrick's Church since 2019.

Last year it was told it could apply to make changes to the building in phases.

Church warden, and group secretary, Sandra Kerrison says it's a start:

In November last year an anonymous donor gifted £20,000 for repair work - you can find out more HERE.
