Developers want to build four court indoor sports building
Planning approval is wanted to build a padel and wellness facility at The Nunnery.
The applicant, The Padel Garden Limited, wants permission for a four court indoor padel building, a cafe, spa, sauna and a swimming pool.
Developers say facilities would be open no later than 11pm.
The application is due to go before a consultation on 13 November.
