There could be seven new homes built near Ballagarey in Glen Vine, if planners give the go-ahead.
Proposals have been submitted by Hartford Homes to construct the new properties on land by Greeba Avenue, just off the Ballagarey corner on the TT course.
As well as seven detached buildings with integral garages, the plans also include provision for access roads, drainage and landscaping.
