Two businesses would operate from same premises at separate times
Plans have been submitted to run a pub in the premises of a Douglas restaurant four nights a week.
Debs Ltd is seeking planning permission to run the business at 5 Prospect Hill, with the pub operating separately to Street Kitchen, which is also based at the address.
The bar would open Thursday to Sunday, including until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
The application says the pub would aim to accommodate up to 45 people.
