Business has relied on temporary buildings since the blaze in January 2023
A Peel farm that saw its barn destroyed in a fire nearly four years ago has been given planning permission to build a replacement.
Staarvey Farm's agricultural barn was damaged in a fire in January 2023.
Since then, the business has used temporary buildings to house a packing room, and had to stop a preserves business.
Planners found that while the building lies within an area of high landscape and scenic significance, the proposal would not be introducing a new form into a previously undeveloped area.
