The serious assault took place in Strang on Friday
Police are appealing to any drivers with dash cams who went through an area in Strang between 8pm and 9.10pm on Friday 21 October to get in touch.
They are looking for help regarding a serious assault which occurred in the area of the bus stop outside Tynwald Terrance which resulted in a man requiring hospital treatment for head injuries.
The male offender, believed to be in dark clothing, made off into the Strang Close housing estate.
They are particularly keen to track down the driver of a white Range Rover Evoque that drove past at the time, and any other drivers who may have footage covering the incident.
They would also like to hear from anyone living in any of the nearby estates, particularly Strang Close, Ballanawin, Cronk Gariagh and Camlork Close who may have CCTV on their property to also come forward.
