Chief Constable says return to lockdown has been a shock for some
Returning to a lockdown just weeks after the last circuit breaker has led to a 'sense of despair' among Manx residents.
That's from the chief constable of the Island's police force.
Officers switched to a Covid shift pattern ahead of lockdown being announced on Tuesday last week.
