Police hope reward will help bring vandals to justice

An anonymous good samaritan has offered a cash reward as police continue to look for the people responsible for three attacks on sports fields at the weekend.

Nets at King William's College, Colby and Rushen were slashed, and goalposts at the college were uprooted and thrown into the sea.

Police say a local person, who wishes to remain anonymous, has offered a reward of £500 for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.

Anybody who can help is asked to ring Port Erin Police Station on 832222, or the anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
